General Terms
I reserve the right to decline or terminate a commission at any time if I feel uncomfortable or unable to complete it.My artwork may not be used for AI training, NFTs, or any similar purposes.Proper credit must be given to the artist.I reserve the right to showcase any stage of the artwork on public platforms unless the client requests privacy beforehand.All commissioned artworks are strictly for personal use only and may not be used for profit, merchandise, or financial gain unless commercial rights have been purchased or special permission has been granted by me.For NSFW commissions, please ensure that the VTuber or owner of the character consents to such artwork to avoid complications.By filling out the commission request form, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.
Payment & Refund Policy
Accepted payment methods: Stripe and PayPal. ($USD Currency)Payments must be made in full before I begin working on the commission.Any additional requests or modifications beyond the agreed-upon commission scope may incur extra charges.Commissions are non-refundable unless I decide to cancel the order for any reason.I reserve the right to halt work and issue a refund if a client is disrespectful or fails to provide necessary details when requested.If a full refund is issued, the client forfeits all rights to any progress or completed stages of the artwork.
Deadlines & Delivery
No rush orders. I work at my own pace to ensure quality.Commissions are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; I will choose the projects I wish to work on from submitted requests.If a deadline is required, it must be discussed and agreed upon before payment.
Revisions
Minor revisions for errors and small adjustments are allowed.Major revisions or changes beyond the initial agreement will incur additional fees.
Usage & Commercial Rights
Personal Use Only: Clients may use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes such as profile pictures, banners, or social media posts (with proper credit).Commercial Use: If you wish to use the artwork for monetized content, merchandise, branding, or promotional purposes, you must purchase commercial rights.Commercial fees start at double the base price and must be discussed beforehand.
